For other types of B2B calls, we may proceed based on our legitimate interest in contacting businesses about our services, while always respecting your right to opt-out. We acknowledge that not all business contacts on our outreach lists have explicitly opted-in beforehand, and our outreach is based on our assessment of potential business interest.
- Permissible Calling Hours: We endeavor to make telephone calls only during permissible calling hours as defined by federal and state laws. This generally means not calling before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. in the local time zone of the recipient. For calls to businesses in California, we will adhere to California’s specific calling time restrictions.
- Opt-Out / Do Not Call Requests: We respect your right to not receive marketing calls from us. Authorization of Funding
I authorize TurnKey Product Management to obtain my personal credit profile under FCRA solely to provide me with a funding pre-qualification through a soft, zero impact soft credit check utilizing only my name, phone, and email address. We only run this for qualified clients that have booked a call with us inquiring about services to ensure they are not a credit risk and to see if you’re pre-qualifed for an interest free loan.
Complementary Services
Upon occasion, TurnKey Product Management may share your Personal Data with companies that we deal have services that may be helpful to you or your company. Should you wish to opt out of this, please notify us via email at help@turnkeyproductmanagement.com.
Security Of Data
