Did you know LazyPaw Animal Hospitals offers house calls and has done so for LazyPaw patients and clients since our opening in 2006?

Tailored to the needs of Frisco residents who have multiple pets, mobility issues or to relieve travel anxiety in pets who simply hate the car ride to the doctor’s office, house call appointments include well pet examinations, minimally invasive preventative care vaccinations, microchip implantation, and when needed, dignified, facilitation of end of life intervention in the privacy and comfort of the patient’s home among his or her family.

Because the needs of sick patients cannot always be fully determined over the phone, house call appointments are for well exam and preventative care LazyPaw Animal Hospitals’ patients only. Additional diagnostics can be performed in clinic, the ideal for rapid evaluation of critical patients. Interventional nursing care is initiated upon patient arrival, making in-clinic care the best way to stabilize, treat and afford a quick return home for our patients.

For added convenience, our LazyPaw Online Pharmacy customers can order refill medications and request that they be delivered at the time of their pets’ wellness house call appointment. Running low on food? CET chews? Shampoo? Many clients take advantage of having their pet supplies, treats and food delivered at the time of a well visit, saving time and ultimately money, too!
