This past Saturday, October 19, 2013 LazyPaw Animal Hospitals’ veterinary team celebrated with the Frisco Humane Society at its 8th annual Barktoberfest in Frisco Commons Park in Frisco, Texas. This annual and all inclusive family event is free and dedicated to celebrating the lives of rescued and repurposed pets.
This year LazyPaw was both a vendor and a sponsor, helping to raise money for FHS’ continuing work to save the lives of homeless pets while educating the general public about common household pet hazards. A chance to enter our free raffle for implantation of an internationally accepted ISO microchip, a stocked pet emergency kit, free nail trim and a free first exam coupon were added bonuses for visitors who stopped by our tent.
During this four hour event our staff made new friends, answered questions and had a great time watching the dog contests.
