Veterinary Technician Dental Basics and Radiography Lab

This interactive training lab for veterinary technicians covers key aspects of veterinary dentistry, including the anatomy of the mouth and oral cavity, stages of periodontal disease, and identifying common pathologies. Participants will learn step-by-step teeth cleaning techniques, supported by instructional videos, and gain valuable knowledge about home care products.

Radiograph terminology will be simplified, focusing on learning from reference points to make concepts easier to grasp. Designed for up to 8 participants, the class provides hands-on practice with full mouth x-rays under expert guidance. You’ll learn to identify diagnostic x-rays, correct mistakes, and practice positions on both cat and dog cadavers.

**Our lectures and labs are for Arizona residents only**
