Food and Beverages
All food, snacks and beverages will be provided. Outside food or beverages are not allowed, but attendees are welcome to bring their own water bottle. Any dietary restrictions have been relayed to our caterers.
Smoking Policy
The Phoenix Zoo is a non-smoking facility. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted within Zoo premises.
Raffle
Prizes will be raffled at the end of the event, and winners must be present to claim them. At check-in, attendees will receive a game card featuring the logos of our Gold sponsors. Visit each sponsor and have their logo initialed or stamped. Turn in the completed game card for one raffle ticket.
Certificates
The 2026 Stomatology Symposium has been RACE approved for 6.5 hours of continuing education credit in jurisdictions that recognize RACE approval.
Attendance at the event is required to receive certification, which will be emailed to attendees by 5:00 PM on Monday, February 17, 2025.
Prohibited Items
For the health and safety of our event guests, park visitors, collection animals and wildlife, the following items are prohibited: confetti, balloons, glitter, paint of any kind, tinsel, silly string, fake flower petals, uncooked rice, bird seed, straw, hay, paper lanterns, live animals, sparklers, fireworks, weapons of any kind, horns, whistles or other devices that make loud sounds, flashlights, balls, frisbees, drones or any other flying objects or objects that guests may be tempted to throw, bicycles, tricycles, scooters, skateboards, snake boards, wheelies, hover boards, roller skates and roller blades.
Weather & Comfort Reminder
Considering the current weather, we recommend bringing a sweater or jacket to stay comfortable. Mornings can be chilly, and while the walk from the parking lot to the venue is only about 4-5 minutes, you may still feel the cool temperatures at that time of day.
